At Holachiolin, every product is made to order. This means production begins after you place your order, whether it is created in-house or through one of our trusted production partners.

1. Processing, Production & Shipping Times

• Production times vary depending on the product and provider.

• Please allow 3 to 30 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be produced and dispatched.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Areas & Pricing

• We currently only ship to addresses within Australia.

• Most products ship free of charge, except for framed prints, which may incur an additional shipping fee displayed at checkout.

• Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

3. Responsibility After Dispatch

• Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Holachiolin is not responsible for delays, damage, theft, or loss during transit.

• If your package arrives damaged or is missing, we recommend contacting the courier directly with your tracking details.
