Returns & Refunds

At Holachiolin, each product is made with care and attention to detail. Whether handmade in-house or produced through trusted print-on-demand partners, we aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

1. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect colour choice. Please check product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing/printing error, we will replace the item or provide a refund.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue. In some cases, a photo or video of all affected items together may be required for confirmation. Damaged items do not need to be returned.

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Contact us at info@holachiolin.com.au with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.

Once confirmed, we will arrange either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and product type.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. For print-on-demand products, refunds are processed according to the provider’s system.

5. Unsuccessful Deliveries

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for resending. Partial refunds may be available if you choose not to have the order resent.

6. Print Tolerances

For printed items (e.g., T-shirts, tote bags, art prints), minor variations may occur. A tolerance of up to 0.5” in print placement is considered normal and is not regarded as a defect.
